崗位職責/職位描述
As a Service Associate - Laundry, we rely on you to
* The Guest support associate / house work is responsible for the washing, drying and ironing of all hotel linen and for ensuring that the quality of the work conforms with the standards as established by Shangri-La International and the PUDONG Shangri-La Hotel
* Guest delight, including internal customers, is the primary focus of all the duties and functions of the housework attendant.
We are looking for someone who:
* Preferably has relevant hospitality experience
* Has strong interpersonal skills
* Is a self-starter and a team player
作為賓客服務員 - 洗衣房，我們希望您承擔以下職責:
