·Attends Scheduled Training
參加酒店安排的各項培訓(xùn)
·Good knowledge of food service techniques and menu contents.
很好地了解食品服務(wù)技巧和菜單內(nèi)容;
·To complete individual grooming and conduct according to hotel criteria;
掌握符合酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的個人儀容儀表和行為規(guī)范;
·Be aware and to implement the hotel fire and safety and emergency procedures.
了解并執(zhí)行飯店消防和緊急疏散程序;
·Be aware and to implement the hotel crisis management procedure.
了解并執(zhí)行酒店危機處理程序。
·Practices the hygiene and sanitation procedures set by the hotel when handling food.(Refer to SLIM Standard)
進行食品操作時,執(zhí)行飯店制定的有關(guān)衛(wèi)生程序(根據(jù)集團標(biāo)準(zhǔn))
·Ensures be briefed on the hotel rules and regulations, which are to be strictly followed.
確保嚴(yán)格遵守酒店的規(guī)章制度。
·To maintain high standards of food preparation and service in staff restaurant kitchen, according to the standards set by the Management.
按照管理層制定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使員工餐廳廚房所提供的食品和服務(wù)始終保持高標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
·Ensure that all menu items dispatched for service are in accordance with established standard of presentation.
確保菜單上所列菜品符合出品標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
·Assist in food stock taking as required and ensure that mise-en-place is completed prior to service. Assist the restaurant chef and leader as required.
根據(jù)需要, 協(xié)助食品儲存工作并確保為員工提供服務(wù)之前做好準(zhǔn)備工作,協(xié)助員工餐廳廚師主管及廚師長的日常工作;
·Contributes and works as a team in the general operations of staff restaurant, offering help to assist fellow colleagues when required.
在廚房的總體運營中做出貢獻, 作為團隊整體, 在同事需要時為他們提供幫助;
·Maintains a professional and friendly attitude towards employees during contact.
在為員工提供服務(wù)的過程中保持職業(yè)化的友好態(tài)度;
·Practices the hygiene and sanitation procedures set by hotel when handling food.
處理食品時關(guān)注食品衛(wèi)生安全要求;
·Ensures proper use and cleaning of equipment in order to prolong the use and prevent damage.
確保設(shè)備的正確使用和清潔,以延長設(shè)備使用壽命,防止損壞;
·Practices economy where food, paper supplies, electricity and water are concerned; Assists in ensure that position control and wastage reduce policy is adhere to.
節(jié)約食品、紙張、電和水、煤氣等用量,并嚴(yán)格控制食品分量和浪費;
·Ensure all tasks and procedure which assigned by restaurant chef or leader are strictly followed up, in order to ensure the quality of work.
嚴(yán)格按照廚師長或主管安排的工作內(nèi)容和程序進行工作, 以確保工作質(zhì)量符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
·Punctually to attend various on job training which are arranged by the hotel, and to ensure staff have the necessary skills to carry out their duties with the maximum efficiency.
按時參加酒店安排的培訓(xùn),具備以最高的效率完成任務(wù)的必要的技能。
Experience working in Intercontinental Group hotels is preferred
