As a Uniform & Linen Team Leader, you’ll work to be responsible for planning, controlling and coordinating the operation of laundry, uniform & linen room to ensure the operation is running efficiently. Control uniform and linen par stock to support hotel smooth running.

? Checks the quality of all uniform and linen, ensures that they are in immaculate condition.

? Ensures accurate count of uniforms and linen send out and received from laundry plant.

? Prepares and issues uniform for new team member following the hotel requires.

? Ensures all uniform are on one-to-one exchange system.

? Follows up on all uniform mending and repair.

? Ensures that the cleanliness and maintenance of all laundry equipment and working areas are well kept at all times.

? Guides and controls uniform and linen par stock to support hotel smooth running.

? Guides and coordinates the activities of all laundry and valet personnel engaged in the processing of guest items, house laundry/ dry cleaning and pressing items.

? Reports unusual incidents/ significant activities to Executive Housekeeper.

? Prepares maintenance requisitions and maintains a follow up file, to ensure that equipment in good condition.

? Submits purchase order of chemicals to be approved by Executive Housekeeper.
提交洗滌用品采購申請，報請行政管家審批。
? Schedules laundry work efficiently based on the occupancy and business need of the hotel to ensure maximum utilization of water and power energy and meet the needs of guests and hotel.
根據(jù)酒店入住率及營業(yè)需求合理安排洗衣房工作，最大限度節(jié)約水、電等能源，同時滿足客人及酒店運營需求。
? Plans and prepares day to day work schedules for all Laundry staff based on the amount of work and business needs.
根據(jù)工作量及經(jīng)營情況，制定并安排洗衣房全體員工的日常排班。

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves) 必備項 :
* A minimum of 2 years' Hospitality working experience, with at least 2 years in a position of similar capacity
