崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
To be fully responsible for the supervision and coordination of various activities related to the Western restaurant. To guide the preparation and service of the staff, coordinate with the kitchen to prepare the specials and recommendations for the day or month. Complete the job and other work assigned by the superior.
要全面負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督、協(xié)調(diào)有關(guān)西餐廳各種活動(dòng)。指導(dǎo)員工的準(zhǔn)備、服務(wù)工作,與廚房協(xié)調(diào)好當(dāng)日或每月的特色菜及推薦菜。完成好本職工作及完成上級(jí)布置的其它工作。

Administration
行政職責(zé):
· Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference.
記錄并保存銷售額,客人的投拆、解決辦法及所涉及的人員和設(shè)備方面的細(xì)節(jié),以備查尋。
· Participates in daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of food service and preparation.
參加當(dāng)日的晨會(huì)和每月的交流會(huì)議,總結(jié)、討論服務(wù)及工作的準(zhǔn)備情況。
Training and Human Resources
培訓(xùn)和人事責(zé)任:
· Trains personnel ding to established procedures; conducts orientation of all new employees and ongoing training of all staff.
盡快使新員工熟悉飯店,并對(duì)員工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)有關(guān)飯店規(guī)章制度。
· Ensure grooming and general appearance of staff conforms to Hotel standards
確保員工保持良好的儀容儀表。
· Makes frequent suggestions to Management in reference to restaurant general operation and F&B promotion.
向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提出建議,以提高工作效率,達(dá)到增加銷售的目的。
· Establishes effective employee relations maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.

· Ensure wherever possible that employees are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimisation.

· More than 2years F&B western management experience.

· All staffs are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

· Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency procedures

· Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and Staffs
