Prepares cooks and bakes food in designated areas of the kitchen as per the standards for the guests and associates by following instructions. Works in a Hygienic, safe, efficient and productive manner at all times. Familiarizes himself/herself with menu and ingredient knowledge

Professional Technical Responsibilities

·?????????? Knowledge of Western cuisine. Western Kitchen Technical skills

·?????????? Minimum Requirements-High school graduate

·?????????? Preferred – Completed Technical education in Hospitality or Culinary school.

·?????????? Related working experience in hospitality industry

GENERAL DUTIES:
