Responsible for restaurant reception, guest reservation and service,maintain efficient and courteous working attitude. To control passenger flow;To avoid local crowding, take the guests to the table in order. Introduce thespecial selection of the day to the guest; assist the superior and employee tofinish other work if necessary.
負責餐廳的接待,賓客預定服務(wù)工作,要保持高效、禮貌的工作態(tài)度。要控制客流量;為避免出現(xiàn)局部擁擠的情況,要按順序把客人領(lǐng)到餐桌前。給客人介紹當日特選,如果需要幫助上級及員工完成其它工作。

清潔并擦亮所有器皿。
·??????????Maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place levelat working station and service pantry for smooth operation.

·??????????Replenishes supply of hand towels and otherOperating equipment.
添加所需的毛巾及設(shè)備。
·??????????Obtains requested items from storeroom.
從倉庫內(nèi)領(lǐng)取物品。
·??????????Keeps general appearance and maintenance ofRestaurant working areas.
保持餐廳工作場地的干凈、完好、整潔。
·??????????Follows correct sequence of service as outlinedin the Standard Operating Manual.
