崗位職責/職位描述

Responsiblefor the efficient operation of all food and beverage sanitation, all Kitchenfood preparation areas, B-1 Level, dry and wet garbage rooms and thecleanliness of the loading bay.

Administration

行政:

·??????????Perform daily andweekly sanitary inspection, and follow up the changes according to theinspection results

做好每日衛生檢查和周衛生檢查,并根據檢查結果及時跟進更改情況

·??????????To ensure theefficient scheduling of supervisors and associates.

保證員工及主管的班表安排及時有效

·??????????To be responsible forthe accurate supervision of the associate time control and payroll systems byworking with Accounting and HRD.

負責監督控制員工勞動時間,與財務和人事部配合支付此部分相關費用,確保規范化合理化

·??????????To develop andimplement Supervisor & Associate training plans on a monthly and quarterlybasis in conjunction with HRD.

聯合人事部經理每月一同開發員工和主管的培訓計劃.

·??????????To implement adepartmental daily “15 Minute” training program.

完成部門每日15分鐘培訓項目

·??????????To be responsible forthe execution of Associate reviews, ensuring appraisals in a professional andtimely manner.

·??????????To supervise allaspects of Associate management including hiring and discipline in conjunctionwith the Executive Chef.

協同總廚招聘及培訓員工.

·??????????To conduct aneffective monthly Associate meeting with minutes and P&A forwarded to theGM, ExecutiveChef, Director of F&B and HRD.

每月召開月度員工會議并做好會議記錄, 轉發總經理, 行政總廚、餐飲總監及人事行政總監

·??????????To be responsible formaintaining outlet safety at all times.

任何時間均負責維護部門安全.

·??????????To be responsible forasset management of all outlet property and facilities.

負責管理所有部門和設施的可利用資源.

·??????????Conduct apreventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.

每月召開安全預防自查.

·??????????Promote positiveinter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.

·??????????Ensure all Associatesfollow all job safety regulations and all hazards are reported to LossPrevention and Engineering.
