Job Description
1.確保部門資產(chǎn)維護(hù)責(zé)任，確保設(shè)施設(shè)備的狀態(tài)完好
2.確定責(zé)任區(qū)，時(shí)常安排和巡視各責(zé)任區(qū)域
3.負(fù)責(zé)和管理本部門的日常工作?
4.制定部門工作計(jì)劃，建立和健全部門管理制度，各崗位具體工作內(nèi)容、職責(zé)規(guī)范、服務(wù)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并監(jiān)督貫徹實(shí)施?
5.巡查泳池及健身設(shè)備，保障正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)
6.檢查本區(qū)域客人安全相關(guān)設(shè)施，避免傷害事故發(fā)生? ? ??
7.充分調(diào)動(dòng)員工的工作積極性。通過領(lǐng)班檢查監(jiān)督部門服務(wù)人員的工作態(tài)度、服務(wù)質(zhì)量。不定期地抽查各崗位的工作情況? ?
8.收集和征求客人意見，處理客人投訴，分析服務(wù)質(zhì)量管理中的問題并提出整改措施
Qualification
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷，康樂部管理8年及以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.具有良好的溝通技巧，能夠承受工作壓力，積極應(yīng)對(duì)問題，保持良好的工作狀態(tài)
3.認(rèn)同萬達(dá)企業(yè)文化，具有策略性、創(chuàng)造性及靈活性
國際聯(lián)號(hào)工作經(jīng)歷：優(yōu)先國內(nèi)管理公司經(jīng)歷：優(yōu)先語言能力：中國普通話-良好計(jì)算機(jī)能力：良好
