崗位職責? Job Description：
1、保持現有客戶并發展新的客戶。
Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.
2、保證對所有的來信和電話詢問都進行有效的處理,建立一種令人愉快的工作關系。
Plans and Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up a pleasant working relationship.
3、以專業的方式與客人互動，關注他們的需求及反饋。
Interact and attend to guest request, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
4、提供售后服務，確保認真對待所有投訴，在必要時與相關部門進行溝通。
To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary.

1.?溝通能力良好，熟悉酒店方面知識
Demonstrated excellent communication and hospitality skills.
2.?組織計劃能力良好
Demonstrated excellent organization and planning skills.
3.?至少2年銷售工作經驗
Minimum 2 year experience in?Sales
