崗位職責(zé)
1.根據(jù)餐廳的理念幫助餐廳經(jīng)理有效的管理餐廳。
2.幫助分配責(zé)任給下屬定期檢查他們的表現(xiàn)。
3.保證所有的預(yù)定執(zhí)行為了達(dá)到餐廳的最大的營(yíng)業(yè)額。
4.處理所有客人的投訴和要求,以及對(duì)食品,飲料,服務(wù)的詢問(wèn)。
5.與客人建立和諧維持良好的關(guān)系。
任職要求
1.至少三年以上國(guó)際酒店相關(guān)餐飲服務(wù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2.優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng),說(shuō),讀,寫能力。
3.餐飲服務(wù)方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富。
4.優(yōu)秀的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者和培訓(xùn)者,激勵(lì)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作技巧。
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.To assist the Outlet Manager in efficiently managing the outlet, according to the established concept statement.
2.To assign responsibilities to subordinates and to check their performance periodically.
3.To ensure table reservations are taken properly in order to maximize the restaurant turnover.
4.To handle all guest complaints, requests and enquires on food, beverage and service.
5.To establish a rapport with guests maintaining good relationship.
QUALIFICATIONS
1.Minimum 3 year management experience in similar F&B operations hotels.
2.Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
3.Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service.
4.Excellent leader and trainer with solid motivational and teamwork skills.
