PURPOSE OF POSITION

To provide a consistent room and bathroom product, and service adjacent areas to meet Raffles standards for cleanliness and presentation

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

重要職責

· Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her staff

· 管理和監(jiān)督客房服務(wù)員的各項工作。

· Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to set standards and procedures

· 確保所有客用區(qū)域根據(jù)正確的標準和程序進行清潔。

· Supervise public areas

· 監(jiān)督公共區(qū)域。

· Ensure that guest supplies are replenished

· 確保客用品是充足整齊的。

· Ensure guests’ requests are promptly and courteously met

· 確保客人的要求及時有禮貌的滿足

· Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms using P.M.S system

· 使用PMS系統(tǒng)報告酒店房間內(nèi)設(shè)施設(shè)備的損壞或故障。

· Maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair

· 保證清潔設(shè)備的清潔和能夠正常運轉(zhuǎn)。

· Maintain a section floor report

· 保持和所負責樓層服務(wù)員的聯(lián)系。

· Conduct daily briefings with staff at floor level

· 每天為所負責樓層的服務(wù)員開班前會。

· Conduct regular room checklists

· 按照規(guī)定對房間進行檢查并記錄。

· Report unusual behavior/activities on floors to Assistant Housekeeping Manager

· 發(fā)現(xiàn)可疑的人或事件立刻和助理管家報告。

· Record room status in allocated section accurately

· 準確的記錄所負責樓層的房態(tài)。

· Comply with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policies

· 在健康，安全，儀表儀容方面達到酒店標準。

· Attend meetings and training sessions as required

· 按照酒店和部門的規(guī)定參加會議和培訓。

· Fully understand the difference in guest levels (VIP) and in room categories

· 能夠區(qū)分VIP的等級和客房的類別。

QUALIFICATIONS

職位資歷

· Degree from School for Tourism & Hotel Management 

· 旅游或酒店管理學院學士學位

EXPERIENCE

工作經(jīng)驗

· Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry

· 3年以上5星級酒店相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
