崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
l Signing in and checking the log book. Read necessary information updated
檢查交接本，了解相關(guān)更新的信息
l Check pool water and keep chemistry log for pool
檢查泳池水質(zhì)并做相關(guān)水質(zhì)登記
l Provide customer service to guests using pool
給使用泳池的客人提供服務(wù)
l Work constructively with other members of the team
與團(tuán)隊其他同事團(tuán)結(jié)合作
l Maintain awareness of potential hazardous events while creating a warm and welcoming environment
對客人表示熱情和歡迎的同時，對具有潛在危險性的活動要保持高度警覺性
l Create an accident report when necessary
必要情況下記錄事故報告
l Receive training and vacuum the pool bottom per schedule given by the manager
接受培訓(xùn)，根據(jù)安排清理泳池底部
l Skim insects and other debris from pool surface throughout the day as needed
根據(jù)要求每日清理泳池表面的昆蟲和其它雜物
l Supervise and observe swimmers at all times to ensure their safety.
為保證安全，要一直注意觀察和引導(dǎo)游泳者
l Enforces the rules of conduct uniformly. Is aware and follows pool code of conduct
確保工作與管理規(guī)定保持一致，遵守泳池的指引代碼
l Log in all lost and found items
登記失物招領(lǐng)項目
l Assists in organizing pool activities and team-building activities when required
必要情況下，協(xié)助組織泳池活動和團(tuán)隊建設(shè)活動
l ensure rescue tube and ring buoy on the lifeguard chair in the morning and at the end of the day return to the lifeguard store room
確保早上救生員的椅子上有營救管和環(huán)型浮標(biāo)，晚上要把這些東西歸還到救生員的倉庫
l Attends all line-ups, meetings and training sessions as directed by supervisors
參加所有主管組織的會議和培訓(xùn)課程
l Be professional at all times, follow the pool code of conduct and report to work on time
時刻保持專業(yè)，遵守泳池的指引代碼，及時報告工作情況
l Switching shifts guard must observe department rules of etiquette
倒班的救生員必須要遵守部門的相關(guān)規(guī)定
l Providing for and/or coordinating any search and rescue efforts.
