崗位職責:
1. To guarantee the water supply and drainage of the hotel, the water system of fire protection, the fire protection fume machine, the positive pressure exhaust, and the device of kitchen, laundry in normal mode.
保證酒店的給排水、消防、防火油煙機、正壓排氣和廚房設(shè)備的正常運行。
2. To control the hot water temperature at? 55℃±5℃.
控制酒店熱水溫度為55℃±5℃。
3. In charge of the maintenance and overhaul work of water supply and sewerage system, kitchen, laundry, fire water supply equipment.
?負責給排水系統(tǒng)、廚房、洗衣、消防給水設(shè)備的日常維護檢修大修工作。
4. To accept and obey the work distributes and seriously do it in time.
?認真、及時地完成上級布置的各項工作。
5. To guarantee the gas pressure in normal mode,the valve doesn’t leak.
?保證在正常的氣壓下閥門不泄露。
6.Familiar with the works of the machinery and equipment of the hotel, performance and maintenance technology, understanding their technical parameters and be familiar with practical work.
?熟練掌握酒店機械設(shè)備的工作原理,性能及維修技術(shù),了解其技術(shù)參數(shù),并能熟練運用到實際工作中。
7.? Master the operation of all kinds of electrical devices of drainage system, and know its control principle.?
熟練操作給排水系統(tǒng)中的各類機電設(shè)備,了解其控制原理。
8. Can distinguish accurately conveying pipe of various media, familiar with thedir ection, material and size of pipe..
準確熟練地區(qū)分輸送各種不同的介質(zhì)的管道,熟悉管道的走向、材質(zhì)和尺寸。
9. Familiar with valves of types, model specifications, the roles and locations.
熟悉閥門的種類、型號規(guī)格、作用和位置。
