• Meet and greet all Suite and Villa arrival.
• Check all VIP rooms before arrival.
• Assist the guest with check in and check out and make sure the billing is correct.
• Use “moment of truth” meeting the guest and create a memorable experience.
• Be familiar with all guests preferences and personalize the service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year guests service experience within international brand hotels.
• Good English and computer skills.
• Good knowledge of the entire Front Office, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage Operations.
• Knowledge of Opera Property Management System preferred.
