Keep in contact and negotiate with suppliers, verify and authorize the purchase requisitions and purchase orders as required taking into consideration the economy and quality used is in accordance to Hotel standards. Liaise with and advise other departments on the status of purchasing, time of delivery and maintain full and up-date information of store inventory.

Knowledge and Experience:
College degree or above.2 years or above experience in related work. in the area of recruitment at 4 or 5 star international hotelsFluent oral and written English.With capability of communication and coordinationMust be familiar with Excel and Microsoft Word with BLD 保持與供應商的聯系與交涉,對申購單進行比較及批準,嚴格按照優質、經濟的原則及酒店使用標準采購用品。建議并及時通知其他部門所申購物品情況,監督貨物到達時間,及能滿足營運要求的庫存。崗位職責:根據酒店政策和程序進行正確的采購流程。服從采購部經理的工作安排,完成指派的工作。確保采購物品的價格及服務是最有競爭力的。隨時關注市場價格變化,及時更新信息并向采購部經理匯報。確保達到對各部門所申請采購物品的要求并提供高效的服務。促進部門內部及與其他部門的合作。每天負責分發每日采購單給供應商。履行由管理層指定的應盡職責。崗位需求:大專或以上學歷兩年以上國際品牌酒店相關工作的經驗有良好的英語能力有較強的溝通協調和管理能力能熟練操作Excel 和 Word與拓易云
