Maintain good
relationship with retailers and other service providers within the
vicinity and ensure that information on their promotions are up to
date

與附近的零售商和其他服務(wù)供應(yīng)者保持良好的關(guān)系,確保得到新的促銷信息。

Maintain
detailed knowledge of the activities of the day and of key
occurrences in your city/location including directions to key points of
interests, restaurants, theatres, shopping, cinemas, sporting and recreational
facilities, banks, consulates, transport systems and special events

要了解所在城市或者地區(qū)每天的活動和關(guān)鍵信息的具體細(xì)節(jié)和大概的位置,包括有趣的地方,飯店、劇院、購物、電影院、體育和娛樂設(shè)施、銀行、領(lǐng)事館,交通和特殊事件等。

Maintain
adequate supplies of forms and brochures and ensure they are presented in line
with the hotel’s operating standards

Consult Log
Book for information/requests left by outgoing shift

Manage
incoming guest mail, messages, facsimiles and special deliveries

對發(fā)給客人的信件、留言、傳真和特快專遞進(jìn)行管理。

Manage
outgoing guest mail, courier services and parcel postage as requested by guests
·????????
按照客人的要求,對客人寄出的郵件、通過信使服務(wù)寄送的信件、 包裹的郵資和貨運進(jìn)行管理。

Maintain
order and security of guest keys and other selected keys kept in Front Office,
ensuring key issue policy is followed
·????????
遵守鑰匙管理政策,保證客人的鑰匙及其它存放在前廳部的的鑰匙的安全與有序管理。
·????????
Receive
telephone calls and take messages for guests who are out
·????????
替外出的客人接聽電話和留言。
·????????
Conducts all
of the above in accordance with the hotel’s policy, while adhering to Raffles
Behavioral Standards

進(jìn)行上述所有要依照酒店的政策,并要符合萊佛士酒店集團(tuán)行為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
【崗位要求】
1、大專學(xué)歷或同等文化程度。具有1年以上從事前廳服務(wù)工作經(jīng)歷。
2、工作認(rèn)真、作風(fēng)細(xì)致、吃苦耐勞、反應(yīng)靈活。
3、能進(jìn)行英語日常會話,開展對客服務(wù)。
4、須持C級駕駛證并有兩年以上實際駕齡。
