To have knowledge of the hotels Quality Standards, Service Standards and
Group Specifications.

Supervises
and conducts training on a regular basis.

-? Maintains a daily logbook of Service Associates –
Guest Room
assignments, maintenance deficiencies and prepares work
order.

–Rooms Controller/Order Taker maintenance deficiencies that require immediate
attention and follow up on their status.

Ensures that all vacant / clean rooms and stay over rooms status have been
updated.

equipment.
