崗位概述:
1.監(jiān)督員工的操作程序是根據(jù)餐廳的標準。
2.確保并保持高質量的相關介紹及監(jiān)督和控制好餐飲服務,高限度地提高盈利和客戶滿意度。
3.與餐飲員工保持良好人際關系以及其他部門員工的關系。
4.協(xié)助餐廳經(jīng)理及餐廳副經(jīng)理完成餐廳每月預算。
PURPOSEOF THE ROLE:
1.To Supervises junior staffs and oversees operation in her/his respective outlet.
2.Ensuring and maintaining the highest standard of quality in relate to presentation, supervision and control of food and beverage service in order to maximize profitability and customers’ satisfaction.
3.Maintains excellent relations and communications with his restaurant team members as well as all other hotel department.
4.Assisting the Restaurant / Assistant Restaurant Manager to achieve the monthly budget for their respective restaurant.
