崗位概述 Job Summary:
協助人力資源總監保障人力資源部順利有效運作;建立良好的員工關系以完成酒店目標,保證嚴格執行所有本地政府及人力資源政策;同各部門有效溝通,為部門經理及員工提供人力資源方面建議。
Assist HRD in smooth and efficient running of Human Resources Department. Maintain a suitable climate of hosts relations to achieve operating goals. Ensure all local and government legislation and HR Policy and Procedure is strictly adhered to. Coordinate with all departments to advise line management and hosts on all Human Resources matters.
崗位描述 Job Description:
1、負責協助人力資源總監,根據勞動法及市場變化隨時更新酒店人力資源政策及制度。
Assist HRD in updating hotel's human resources policies and systems in accordance with labor laws and market changes.
2、根據酒店的招聘管理體系,識別并引進優秀人才,有效控制員工流動率。
?Identify and recruit outstanding talents based on hotel's recruitment management system, effectively controlling the employee turnover rate.
3、協助人力資源總監,制定和完善酒店組織架構、薪酬體系、績效管理體系。
Assist HRD in formulating and improving hotel's organizational structure, salary system, and performance management system.
4、執行酒店關于人事調配、工資獎勵、勞保福利、安全生產的方針、政策和規定。
Implement hotel's policies, guidelines, and regulations regarding personnel allocation, salary rewards, labor protection benefits, and safety production.
5、組織編制工資、人事、考勤、考核等報表及審核。
Organize preparation and review of salary, personnel, attendance, and assessment reports.
6、運用新思維和新方法,激勵團隊成員,并為員工提供獨特的體驗。
Utilize new thinking and methods to motivate team members and provide unique experiences for hosts.
7、識別、分析本地酒店市場的薪酬和福利的水平,提供決策依據,以確保競爭力。
Identify and analyze salary and welfare levels of local hotel market, provide decision-making basis, and ensure competitiveness.
崗位要求 Requirements:
1、具備大學本科或以上學歷。
Bachelor's degree or above.
2、良好的中英文書面及口語表達能力。
Have excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.
3、良好的溝通技巧及自我激勵能力,具備領導能力及管理技巧。
Good communication skills and self-motivation ability, as well as leadership and management skills.
4、熟悉本地勞動法規。
Be familiar with local labor laws and regulations.
5、招聘人事背景優先,熟練操作萬豪集團招聘人事系統的優先,擁有至少五年相關酒店工作經驗。
We prefer candidates with a background in recruitment. Those who are proficient in the operation of Marriott Group's recruitment system will be given priority. Applicants must have at least five years of relevant hotel working experience.
