崗位職責? Job Descriptions:
1、根據部門領導安排，負責各活動項目之間的業務聯系。
According to arrangement of HOD, responsible for the business liaison among various activity projects.
2、了解各類度假客人的喜好和活動特點，介紹講解、吸引賓客參加娛樂項目如海釣、皮劃艇等活動。
Understand preferences and activity characteristics of various types of vacation guests, and introduce and explain activities to attract guests to participate in such entertainment programs as sea fishing and kayaking.
3、管理活動現場，與賓客及家人保持良好的溝通與聯系，處理客人投訴及突發狀況，給客人提供精致體驗。
During event management, maintain good communication and contact with guests and their families, handle guest complaints and unexpected situations, and provide guests with a luxurious experience.
崗位要求? Job Requirements:
1、大專或大專以上學歷。
Associate degree or above.
2、熟悉娛樂服務項目和成本管理，了解康樂服務規范和質量標準，掌握衛生消毒和安全救護知識。
Be familiar with entertainment service items, understand the norms and quality standards of recreational services, and master knowledge of hygiene disinfection and safety rescue.
3、有良好的客訴處理能力、抗壓水平。
Have excellent customer complaint handling skills and the ability to withstand pressure.
4、熟練使用電腦等辦公自動化軟件。
Proficient in using office automation software such as computers.
