崗位概述 Job Summary:
負(fù)責(zé)管理悅海音樂餐廳和酒吧，并確保部門運作符合酒店品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并使客人滿意。
Be responsible for managing Ocean sky bar and Drawing Room department, ensuring that department operates in accordance with hotel brand standards and that guests are satisfied.

1.全面掌握音樂餐廳和酒吧的服務(wù)接待標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Comprehensively master the service and reception standards for all types of bars.
2.督促食品和飲料的準(zhǔn)備工作，并符合酒店服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Supervise food and beverage preparation in accordance with hotel service standards.
3.對新入職員工和老員工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。
Conduct training for new employees and old employees.
4.分配工作給員工，并且實時檢查工作情況，滿足組織者需求，并確保所有的請求得到處理。
Assign tasks to hosts, and regularly check the progress of work to meet the requirements of organizers and ensure that all requests are handled.
5.確保所有的設(shè)備設(shè)施的合理擺放、維修及維護(hù)。
Ensure the reasonable placement, repair and maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
6.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作任務(wù)。
Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
崗位要求 Requirements:
1.大專或以上學(xué)歷，至少5年酒店餐廳或酒吧工作經(jīng)驗，同崗位工作經(jīng)驗至少2年以上。
College degree or above, at least 5 years restaurant or bar experience, at least 2 years in same position in hotel.
2.身體健康，可以承受相當(dāng)?shù)墓ぷ鲏毫Γ毩⑼瓿晒ぷ鳌?br>Strong, and able to work under considerable pressure and complete work independently.
3.擁有全面的餐廳酒吧運營能力；良好的組織能力及團(tuán)隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。
