崗位概述 Job Summary :
根據工作標準及廚師長安排準備食物,協助廚師長培訓員工,提高食品質量,保障員工廚房運作的順利進行。
According to the work standards and arrangements of the chef, prepare the food. Assist the chef in training host, improve food quality, and ensure smooth operation of host canteen.

職責義務 Duties & Responsibilities:
1.協助廚師長管理員工廚房的正常運作 ,保證食品的高質量 。
Assist the chef in managing normal operation of host canteen and ensuring high quality of food.
2.督導和確保員工廚房的食品收貨、制作、出品、存儲和留樣等操作都符合政府的要求和集團的標準。
Supervise and ensure that all food-related operations in host canteen, including receiving, preparation, serving, storage and sample retention, comply with the requirements of government and the standards of the group.
3.在食品成本預算內,為全體成員提供美味可口、品類豐富的菜品,同時積極提議和落實各類美食節和員工餐廳活動。
Within the food cost budget, provide delicious and diverse dishes for all hosts, while actively proposing and implementing various food festivals and employee dining activities.
4.統籌制作材料的備貨工作,負責員工餐廳相關營運成本和費用的控制。
Coordinate the procurement of production materials, and be responsible for controlling the operating costs and expenses related to the host canteen.
5.確保餐廳和廚房區域干凈、衛生,符合當地政策和集團要求的衛生標準。
Ensure that the dining area and kitchen area are clean and hygienic, meeting the local regulations and the hygiene standards required by the group.
6.協助廚師長進行員工餐廳的人員管理,包括工作安排、考勤管理、員工培訓、績效考核和人才發展。
Assist the chef in managing the host at the host canteen, including work scheduling, attendance management, staff training, performance evaluation and talent development.
7.熟悉酒店消防和安全程序,以及廚房滅火設備的操作。
Be familiar with the hotel's fire and safety procedures, as well as the operation of the fire extinguishing equipment in the kitchen.
8.管理人員用餐秩序,管理員工餐廳的固定資產、營運物資,確保達到酒店管理標準。

崗位要求 Requirements:
1.中專或中專以上學歷。
Secondary vocational school education or above
2.至少有5年奢華品牌酒店廚房管理的工作經驗,有同等崗位工作經驗優先。
At least 5 years of experience in kitchen management of luxury brand hotels. Candidates with equivalent working experience will be given priority.
3.有扎實的食品衛生安全、食品原料及烹飪等相關知識。
Have solid knowledge in food hygiene and safety, food raw materials, and cooking, etc.
4.能夠熟練操作電腦系統。
Be proficient in operating computer systems.
5.具備較強的抗壓能力和溝通技巧,能夠培訓,并激勵團隊追求優先成本下的精益求精。
