崗位職責 Job Responsibilities
1、負責酒店商品和物品的保管和供應工作。
Responsible for storage and supply of hotel goods and items.
2、負責物料及商品的入庫驗收工作,不符合的貨物退回,嚴格把好質量和數量關。
Responsible for incoming inspection and acceptance of materials and goods. Any non-compliant goods will be returned. We strictly control the quality and quantity.
3、倉庫要保持通風干燥,要勤檢查、勤倒垛、勤晾曬,防止蟲蛀鼠咬霉爛變質。
The warehouse should be kept well-ventilated and dry. Frequent inspections, re-shuffling of goods, and regular drying and airing should be carried out to prevent insect infestation, rodent damage, mold growth, and spoilage.
4、執行出入庫手續,匯總票據,按期登記三級明細賬,定期盤點,按時填寫報表,做到賬表清楚,賬物相符。
Carry out entry and exit procedures, summarize the bills, register three-level detailed accounts on a regular basis, conduct regular inventories, fill out reports on time, ensuring clear account records and consistent accounts with physical assets.
崗位要求 Job Requirements:
1、中專或中專以上學歷,至少1年以上酒店倉庫管理工作經驗。
High school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience in hotel warehouse management.
2、具備財務基礎知識和倉庫管理相關知識,熟悉貨品進銷存流程。
Have a basic understanding of finance and knowledge related to warehouse management, and be familiar with the process of goods purchase, sales and inventory.
3、熟練掌握電腦辦公軟件操作運用。
Proficient in the operation and application of computer office software.
4、具有良好的溝通和協調能力。
Possessing excellent communication and coordination skills.
