職位描述

崗位職責 Job Responsibilities:
1、負責餐飲服務部門和餐飲廚房部門的文員崗位工作,完成餐飲部領導交給的各項工作任務。
Responsible for the clerical work of F&B service department and kitchen department, and complete all tasks assigned by the head of F&B.
2、制定本部門的各種報表、表格,并對各種報表分類保存,定期裝訂存檔。
Prepare various reports and forms for this department, categorize and store them, and bind and archive them regularly.
3、參加部門例會,做好會議記錄。
Attend the departmental meeting and take detailed notes.
4、處理部門日常事務,接聽電話,做好記錄,妥善處理,準確傳達上級的指示。
Handle daily affairs of the department, answer calls, make records, properly handle matters, and accurately convey the instructions from superiors.
5、保管好酒店內部部門間的往來文件。
Keep the internal departmental documents of the hotel properly.
6、幫助餐飲部領導整理各種文件,資料及回函。
Assist the head of the catering department in organizing various documents, materials and responses.
7、做好考勤統計,發放部門員工的各種補貼和福利用品。
Carry out attendance statistics, and distribute various subsidies and welfare items to the employees of the department.
8、做好餐飲辦公室各種辦公用品的領用和保管以及辦公室的衛生工作。
Manage the allocation and storage of various office supplies for the catering department, as well as handle the cleaning tasks of the office.
9、協助各餐廳運營。
Assist in the operation of each restaurant.

崗位要求 Job Requirements:
1、大專或大專以上,或具備文秘方面的專業知識。
College degree or above, or possessing professional knowledge in secretarial work.
2、熟練辦公軟件操作,能較熟練地進行中英文打字。
Proficient in using office software and able to type in both Chinese and English with relative ease.
3、有一定的寫作能力和靈活應變處理問題的能力。
Have certain writing skills and the ability to handle problems flexibly.
4、身體健康、精力充沛、五官端正。
