崗位職責/職位描述
The incumbent is responsible for the servicing andmanagement of specific accounts within an assigned area.? They will assist the Director of Sales infocusing and motivating the sales team to achieve the room night goals fortheir particular market segment as laid out in the Marketing Plan.

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities
- Explore new sources of business by developing new contacts
- Be responsible for room night and revenue production from allocated accounts
- Monitor competitors’ performance where it relates to their particular market segment
- Entertain executives and secretaries of potential travel companies and in-house guests to ensure future business for the hotel
- Conduct on-site inspections for the existing or prospective travel influencers, decision makers and end users
- Be aware of current market trends and supply competitor activity information to the Director of Sales & Marketing
- Participate in sales trips and, when required, complete all sales reports within 1 week of trip
- Prepare weekly sales call reports
- Perform other tasks, projects and assignments as designated by Hotel Management

Job Requested
- Minimum?3-year?relevant?working?experience?in?the international hotel industry.
- Possess?a?friendly,?energized?and?outgoing?personality.
- High?flexibility?and?ability?to?work?under?pressure.
- Excellent?presentation?and?proactive?communication?skills?in?both?verbal?and?written in English?and?Chinese.?
- Knowledge?of?Luxury Agent and other responsible market segment.
