To assist the restaurant manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned outlet. Operate the outlet under the direction from the restaurant manager as per the standards and procedures and practice managerial principles, in order to achieve departmental goals, in terms of Guest Satisfaction, financial targets, and training and high employee morale with great energy in a professional and stylish manner to ensure the smooth operation of B&F department and maximize the quality of W experience.
