1. Supervise and direct Bell Desk activities and Bell Staff.

2. Responsible for sorting and distributing guests and administrative mail and returning mail to the sender for forwarding mail.

3. Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests.

4. Be prepared to recommend first and foremost the hotel’s own Food and Beverage outlets before any other, making himself totally familiar with the operating times and each outlets benefits.

5. Ensure the lobby is always kept in an orderly fashion.

8. Prepares efficient work schedule for Bell Services, arranging holidays and vacation, taking into consideration project occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals or departures.

10. Handle problems associated with guests and liaise with department heads or executive management in the absence of the Assistant Manager.

任職資格:
Qualifications and Requirements 任職資格:
1. Associate degree or higher, preferably in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or a related field;

2. Preference will be given to candidates with 2 years or more of experience as a Concierge Manager at an international brand hotel or in an equivalent position;

3. Hold membership in Les Clefs d‘Or;
持有“金鑰匙”(Les Clefs d’Or)會員資格;
4. Familiar with the entire process of concierge services and industry standards, possessing strong multitasking coordination skills, adaptability, and cross-cultural communication abilities.;
熟悉禮賓服務(wù)全流程及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),具備較強(qiáng)的多任務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)能力、應(yīng)變能力與跨文化溝通能力;
5. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, with strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and proficient in office software.
