崗位職責/職位描述
財務回報Financial Returns:
? 協助建立人力資源部門預算,控制費用。 Assist in the creation of and work within the established Human Resources department budget and control expenses.
? 監管員工與人力配置標準,管理成本。Monitor staffing to manage costs.
員工團隊Our People:
? 創建各種計劃促進團隊協作,為所有團隊成員營造積極的工作環境。支持管理年度團隊成員滿意度調查。 Create programmes to foster a positive work environment for all employees. Support and administer an annual team member satisfaction survey.
? 根據酒店或公司政策,實施針對經理級員工的關于遞進式員工懲戒規程與績效管理流程等方面的教育和培訓,以此推動工作效率,提升業績。Educate and train managers on progressive discipline processes in accordance with hotel or company policies including progressive disciplinary process, performance management process, and related programmes to foster productivity, and enhance performance.
? 為新員工提供入職培訓,告知酒店或公司標準、政策、流程及員工福利計劃等信息。Conduct new team member orientation providing information on hotel or company standards, policies, procedures, rules and team member benefit programmes.
? 負責維護并更新所有員工檔案與記錄。Oversee maintenance of accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records for all employees.
? 確保在招聘和甄選流程中隨時遵守酒店或公司的聘用標準及相關法規,負責對外聯絡。Ensure hotel or company hiring standards and applicable laws and regulations are followed in a timely manner for recruiting and selection processes. Build relations with outside contacts.
賓客體驗Guest experience:
? 運用有創意的方法來激勵、鼓舞團隊成員為賓客提供獨特的體驗。Develop creative ways to inspire and motivate team members to provide guests with a unique experience.
? 抽時間與賓客進行互動,獲取反饋,了解員工提升賓客滿意度的渠道。Make time to interact with guests to solicit feedback and build relationships to understand how team members can increase guest satisfaction.
? 與部門經理協作共同開發達到服務行為標準和持續改善賓客體驗的各類活動。Work with department managers to develop initiatives to reach service standards and drive continuous improvement in the guest experience.
企業責任Responsible business:
? 提升酒店與品牌在本地的知名度,鼓勵員工積極參與本地社區活動。Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community and promote team member involvement in the local community.
? 確保遵守相關勞工法規及酒店或公司的政策與流程。按規定與標準實施年度人力資源契合度/標準自審。 Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and hotel or company policies and procedures. Conduct annual HR compliance/standards self-audit.
? 對工作中發生的問題進行調查和研究,了解事實情況,即時發現對酒店或公司可能造成的潛在風險,并通過各類員工關系項目來推動問題的解決。遇重大問題及時向上級匯報。Research and investigate all workplace issues to discover facts, identify potential risks to the hotel or company, and facilitate resolution through your employee relations programmes. Escalate serious issues in a timely manner.
? 收集并維護離職面談、人員流動統計數據、曠工報告等數據,了解各種趨勢、培訓需求和管理問題等。 Collect and maintain data from exit interviews, turnover statistics, absenteeism reports to identify trends, training needs, and supervisory issues.
? 完成其它分配的任務。有時可能要充當值班經理的角色。Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty.
? 確保人力資源部的工作符合綜合管理體系的要求To Ensure the works of HR in line with Integration Management System.
任職資格和要求QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENT:
本科教育或同等學歷,4年人力資源相關工作經驗,或具備其它同等學歷及工作經驗。接受過人力資源、勞工法及相關領域課程培訓者優先。英語表達流利。能使用其它語言者可能優先考慮。
