Supervises Room Attendants to ensure that specific standards of cleanliness and maintenance are achieved.

Main Responsibilities 主要職責
Checks a maximum of 76 rooms in an 8-hour shift for quality and consistency making sure they meet specified standards of cleanliness.
在8小時工作時間內檢查最多4層樓的客房,以確保客房達到清潔的特要求。
Communicates with Executive Housekeeper or Assistant daily.
每日與客房部管家或助理管家交流情況。
Answers guest questions by having a full knowledge of hotel facilities.
以對賓館的詳盡了解來回答客人的提問。
Keeps work area clean and tidy at all times
始終保持工作區域干凈整齊。
Ensure that all equipment is kept in clean working condition.
保證所有設備保持良好的工作狀態。
Coordinates with other departments any work necessary to maintain the efficient and effective operation of the Hotel.

Reports any suspicious persons to Security department immediately.
及時向保衛部報告可疑人物。
Flexible with working hours, able to work day shift, evening shift week – ends and Public holidays.
