Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency of the
section

Responsible for the cleanliness, orderliness,
sanitary conditions and maintenance of all Hotel guestrooms and Public Areas on
the Floors, including service areas, linen pantries, service toilets and
backstairs cases.
負(fù)責(zé)檢查所有的客房和公共區(qū)域的清潔度和整潔度，確保所有的樓層、客房、公共區(qū)域包括服務(wù)區(qū)，布草間，洗手間和后通道都保持良好的衛(wèi)生、清潔的狀態(tài)
b Provide orientation and training of new employees,
conduct continuous training and re-training and on-the-job training to
subordinates according to approved system and procedures:
根據(jù)規(guī)定的流程對新員工進(jìn)行工作指導(dǎo)，對員工培訓(xùn)、持續(xù)性培訓(xùn)、再培訓(xùn)以及實(shí)踐培訓(xùn)
Train staff on proper handing and use of equipment
and cleaning supplies.

Ensure
all Floor Team Leader and room attendants have the ECOLAB chemical training program.
確保所有樓層領(lǐng)班及員工都接受過藝康藥水的培訓(xùn)課程

Perform
regular inspections of guestrooms and Public Areas on the Floor:
執(zhí)行日常樓層客房和公共區(qū)域的檢查
Inspect allocated and in-house VIP rooms daily when
the Assistant Executive Housekeeper is or on vacation.
當(dāng)行政副管家休息及休假時(shí)，每天按計(jì)劃檢查貴賓房
Inspect long-staying guests and guestrooms, and
quota of other rooms daily.
每天檢查長住客人及其他客房的清潔度
Spot check corridors lift lobbies and service areas
daily. Note down observations from those areas regarding cleaning procedures,
repair orders and maintenance defects. Do necessary follow up and initiate
appropriate action immediately.
每天定點(diǎn)抽查走廊，電梯廳和工作區(qū)域。根據(jù)規(guī)定記錄下清潔流程，報(bào)修指令和維護(hù)記錄，并及時(shí)跟進(jìn)和采取必要的行動(dòng)。
Ensure that rooms and Public Areas on the floor are
cleaned in accordance to Hotel standards. Pay attention to guest floor lift
lobby ashtray.
確保所有的房間和公共區(qū)域都按照酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來清潔。需關(guān)注樓層電梯口的煙缸
Inspect while work is in progress to ensure that
proper methods are being implemented by floor Team Leader and room attendants. 檢查所有員工和領(lǐng)班的工作都符合正確的流程
Ensure that guestrooms are clean, sanitary and in
proper order and with complete guest supplies.
確保所有客房干凈，整潔，有條理以及齊全的客房用品
