The hotel has total 508 guest rooms and 6 distinctive restaurants. It sits on a network of public transport, including direct underground passages to the Metro Lines 2,7 and 14. Its prime downtown location provides extensive convenient transportation coverage.

We are currently looking for a?Senior Convention Sales Manager?to join our Rooms team.


As a?Laundry Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Ensure smooth operation of the laundry department and maintain high-quality standards for guest laundry, staff uniforms, and linen services.
  • Be familiar with all Shangri-La hotel policies, procedures, and service standards, including programs like Shangri-La Circle and Guest History.
  • Maintain and enforce quality control for all laundry processes, including washing formulas, chemical usage, and outsourced services.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts, monitor departmental expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Lead and motivate the team, provide training and re-training, and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally, analyze root causes, and take corrective actions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments for preventive maintenance and operational efficiency.
  • Uphold Shangri-La’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions and ensure environmentally responsible practices.


We are looking for someone who :

  • Has experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
