We are currently looking for a?Senior Convention Sales Manager?to join our Rooms team.
As a?Laundry Manager, we rely on you to：
- Ensure smooth operation of the laundry department and maintain high-quality standards for guest laundry, staff uniforms, and linen services.
- Be familiar with all Shangri-La hotel policies, procedures, and service standards, including programs like Shangri-La Circle and Guest History.
- Maintain and enforce quality control for all laundry processes, including washing formulas, chemical usage, and outsourced services.
- Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts, monitor departmental expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
- Lead and motivate the team, provide training and re-training, and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest complaints professionally, analyze root causes, and take corrective actions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments for preventive maintenance and operational efficiency.
- Uphold Shangri-La’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions and ensure environmentally responsible practices.
