會議MICE / 商務Corporate
1.保持現有客戶并發展新的客戶，同客戶保持良好的商業關系，確認所有的預定單被準確無誤地在銷售部與預訂部之間進行溝通并生效。
Maintain existing business and develop new accounts, maintain good business relationship with all producers, make sure all reservation are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and reservation operation.
2.針對團隊，散客，開展電話銷售、訪問、郵寄等銷售活動。
Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business from all sources for bookings and leads.
3.控制通訊名錄并保證不斷更新, 完成每周的宴請和拜訪計劃。
Control mailing list and ensure it updated constantly, complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.
4.協助銷售總監完成每年銷售計劃。
Assist the sales director to complete the annual sales plan.
5.熟悉飯店電腦及數據系統的運作和應用程序。
To familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system.
