崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1.在主管工程師、領(lǐng)班的直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下按計劃實施客房區(qū)域、餐飲區(qū)域、公共區(qū)域、后勤區(qū)域設(shè)施的維護(hù)工作。??Maintain all hotel equipment, including guest floor, restaurants, public area and back of house area.
2.嚴(yán)格按照客房區(qū)域維護(hù)項目、餐飲區(qū)域維護(hù)項目、公共區(qū)域維護(hù)項目、后勤區(qū)域維護(hù)項目順序進(jìn)行維護(hù)，并填寫維護(hù)項目表。
??Take the maintenance record accordingly.
3.根據(jù)客房設(shè)施、餐飲設(shè)施、公共設(shè)施、后勤區(qū)域的現(xiàn)狀，提出補救意見。
??Give comments or suggestions in the maintenance of hotel equipment.
4.完成綜合性臨時任務(wù)，如重要節(jié)日成品制作、監(jiān)督客房、餐飲、公共區(qū)域外包工作。
??Fulfill other temporary tasks, such as wooden & timber work during festival season, supervise and check the constructions that carried out by outside contractor.
5.認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和掌握飯店工程維修各方面的知識和多種維修技能，做到能獨立處理維修項目范圍內(nèi)的各種技術(shù)問題。
