1.在主管工程師、領班的直接領導下按計劃實施客房區域、餐飲區域、公共區域、后勤區域設施的維護工作。
??Maintain all hotel equipment, including guest floor, restaurants, public area and back of house area.
2.嚴格按照客房區域維護項目、餐飲區域維護項目、公共區域維護項目、后勤區域維護項目順序進行維護，并填寫維護項目表。
??Take the maintenance record accordingly.
3.根據客房設施、餐飲設施、公共設施、后勤區域的現狀，提出補救意見。
??Give comments or suggestions in the maintenance of hotel equipment.
4.完成綜合性臨時任務，如重要節日成品制作、監督客房、餐飲、公共區域外包工作。
??Fulfill other temporary tasks, such as wooden & timber work during festival season, supervise and check the constructions that carried out by outside contractor.
5.認真學習和掌握飯店工程維修各方面的知識和多種維修技能，做到能獨立處理維修項目范圍內的各種技術問題。
??Study professional knowledge so as to repair and maintain equipment independently.
