崗位職責/職位描述
1、負責粵菜菜品的烹飪制作,確保出品質量穩定、口味正宗;
Responsible for cooking Cantonese dishes, ensuring stable quality and authentic taste of the finished products.
2、根據菜單要求,熟練操作爐臺,掌握火候、調味及烹飪時間;
Proficiently operate the stove station according to menu requirements, mastering heat control, seasoning, and cooking time.
3、配合廚房團隊完成每日備料、切配及菜品準備工作;
Cooperate with the kitchen team to complete daily ingredient preparation, cutting & prepping, and dish preparation work.
4、保持工作區域整潔衛生,嚴格遵守食品安全及廚房操作規范;
Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, strictly complying with food safety and kitchen operation standards.
5、協助研發新菜品,優化現有菜品的制作流程;
Assist in developing new dishes and optimizing the production process of existing dishes.
6、定期維護和保養廚房設備,確保其正常運轉。
Regularly maintain and service kitchen equipment to ensure its normal operation.
【崗位要求】Job Requirements
1、具備粵菜烹飪基礎,熟悉粵菜制作工藝及調味技巧;
Have a basic foundation in Cantonese cuisine cooking, familiar with Cantonese cuisine production techniques and seasoning skills.
2、能夠獨立完成爐臺操作,有相關工作經驗者優先;
Able to independently operate the stove station; candidates with relevant work experience are preferred.
3、對食材新鮮度、火候把控有較高敏感度;
Possess high sensitivity to ingredient freshness and heat control.
4、具備團隊協作精神,能適應高強度工作環境;
Have team spirit and be able to adapt to a high-intensity work environment.
5、身體健康,無不良嗜好,持有健康證;
Be in good health, free of bad habits, and hold a valid health certificate.
6、熱愛烹飪行業,愿意學習并提升專業技能。
