崗位職責/職位描述

1、負責粵菜菜品的烹飪制作，確保出品質量穩定、口味正宗；
Responsible for cooking Cantonese dishes, ensuring stable quality and authentic taste of the finished products.
2、根據菜單要求，熟練操作爐臺，掌握火候、調味及烹飪時間；
Proficiently operate the stove station according to menu requirements, mastering heat control, seasoning, and cooking time.
3、配合廚房團隊完成每日備料、切配及菜品準備工作；
Cooperate with the kitchen team to complete daily ingredient preparation, cutting & prepping, and dish preparation work.
4、保持工作區域整潔衛生，嚴格遵守食品安全及廚房操作規范；
Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, strictly complying with food safety and kitchen operation standards.
5、協助研發新菜品，優化現有菜品的制作流程；
Assist in developing new dishes and optimizing the production process of existing dishes.
6、定期維護和保養廚房設備，確保其正常運轉。
Regularly maintain and service kitchen equipment to ensure its normal operation.

【崗位要求】Job Requirements
1、具備粵菜烹飪基礎，熟悉粵菜制作工藝及調味技巧；
Have a basic foundation in Cantonese cuisine cooking, familiar with Cantonese cuisine production techniques and seasoning skills.
2、能夠獨立完成爐臺操作，有相關工作經驗者優先；
