崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1.負(fù)責(zé)員工入職手續(xù)辦理、人事系統(tǒng)信息維護(hù),統(tǒng)籌員工人事檔案規(guī)整、有序保管。
Responsible for employee onboarding procedures and HR system information maintenance, and sorting and properly keeping employee personnel files in standardized order.
2.負(fù)責(zé)本部門日??记诮y(tǒng)計(jì)與匯總,統(tǒng)籌員工假期、加班申請(qǐng)審核管理,定期編制并更新各類人事相關(guān)報(bào)表。
Responsible for daily attendance statistics and summary of the department, reviewing and managing employee leave and overtime applications, and regularly preparing and updating various HR related reports.
3.負(fù)責(zé)全員健康證臺(tái)賬管理,跟進(jìn)有效期提醒及到期換證,確保在崗人員證件合規(guī)有效。
Manage the ledger of all staff health certificates, remind of expiry date and follow up on renewal to ensure all on-the-job employees hold valid and compliant certificates.
4.負(fù)責(zé)員工更衣室、員工公寓日常定期檢查,做好檢查記錄留存,并及時(shí)將檢查問題反饋至相關(guān)部門跟進(jìn)整改。
Conduct regular inspections on staff locker rooms and staff apartments, keep inspection records properly, and timely feed back problems to relevant departments for rectification.
5.負(fù)責(zé)企業(yè)滴滴出行管理、各類合同歸檔管理、職工交通車統(tǒng)籌管理及部門固定資產(chǎn)登記、臺(tái)賬維護(hù)與盤點(diǎn)管理。
Responsible for corporate Didi travel management, various contract filing and management, staff shuttle bus arrangement management, as well as registration, account maintenance and inventory of department fixed assets.
6.負(fù)責(zé)辦公室物資采購、收貨入庫及臨時(shí)餐券登記管理等行政后勤事務(wù)。
Responsible for office supplies procurement, goods receiving and warehousing, temporary meal voucher management and other administrative logistics affairs.
7.完成上級(jí)交辦的酒店內(nèi)外其他臨時(shí)性工作及專項(xiàng)任務(wù)。
Complete other temporary work and special projects assigned by superiors inside and outside the hotel.
