- Reports complaints or problems to Team Leader/ Assistant Manager if no immediate solution can be found. 遇到投訴或問題,如果不能立即找到解決方式,則要向領班/副理匯報。
- Ensures a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunities within the Hotel. 確保具有營銷員的態度并在酒店內隨時發現銷售的機會。
- Ensures a high level of product knowledge of hotel. 確保具有高水平的酒店產品知識。
- Ensures the Team Leader/ Assistant Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either customers or other departments. 確保領班/副理始終意識到任何相關的反饋即可以從客人中來也可以從其他部門中來。
- Complies with the Hotel Policies & Procedures relating to Housekeeping Department. 遵守酒店有關客房部的政策及程序。
- Complies with all systems and procedures as laid down by Rooms Division.遵守房務部定立的系統及程序。
- Performs routine duties in the cleaning public areas, ensuring the cleanliness meet Hyatt brand standards. 履行清潔及服務公共區的日常職責,確保公共區的清潔達到凱悅品牌的標準。
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces.清潔并擦亮燈具及大理石面。
- Cleans rooms, hallways, Lobby, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.清潔客房、走道、大堂、酒廊、衛生間、電梯、樓梯、更衣室及其它工作區域。
- Scrubs outside pavement areas.清潔酒店外部道路。
- Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor.打掃、擦洗、上蠟及拋光地面。
- Cleans and shampoos rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.清潔地毯、布藝家具及窗簾。
- Dusts furniture and equipment.? Polishes metalwork.為家具及設施打塵;擦亮金屬制品。
- Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.清洗墻壁、頂板及木制裝飾;清洗窗戶、門板及門/窗框。
- Empties and cleans wastebaskets and ashtrays.倒空垃圾桶及清潔煙灰缸。
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area.將垃圾運到垃圾處理區域。
- Replenishes bathroom supplies. 補充衛生間用品。
- Performs routine duties in the cleaning and servicing of public areas.履行清潔及服務公共區的日常職責。
- Maintains cleanliness of back office areas.保持后場辦公區的整潔。
- Reports missing and damaged hotel property.報告所有遺失及損壞的酒店財產。
- Reports and turns in all Lost & Found items as per Hotel “Lost and Found” procedure.根據酒店“失物招領”制度,報告并上交所有失物招領事項。
- Cleans and maintains all supplies, equipment and storage rooms.保持所有供應品、設備及儲藏室的整潔。
- Responds and reports promptly to all guest inquiries and/ or requests.迅速回應并報告客人的需求。
- Cleans and maintains all Lobby, restrooms and corridors and offices.保持所有大堂、衛生間、走廊及辦公室的清潔。
- Vacuums carpets & empties ashtrays and urns.為地毯吸塵并倒空煙灰缸及金屬容器。
- Cleans mirrors and windows.清潔鏡面及窗戶。
- Moves furniture, fixtures and equipment when needed.需要時搬動家具、固定裝置及設備。
- Waters and maintains all plants inside and outside the Hotel.為酒店內外的植物澆水及養護。??

總則
- Provides courteous and professional service at all times. 確保始終都提供禮貌且專業的服務。
- Attends hotel and departmental training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.根據日程安排參加酒店的培訓課程,以提高知識和技能。
- Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found.以禮貌、高效的方式處理客人及員工的要求,遇到投訴或問題,如果不能馬上找到解決辦法,則進行匯報,并給以迅速追蹤。
- Strictly adheres to Rules & Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.理解并嚴格遵守員工手冊中的規章制度,及酒店關于防火、衛生、健康和安全的制度。
- Ensures high standards of personal presentation & grooming.確保高水平的員工形象和儀容儀表。.
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.與客人和同事保持基于良好工作關系的積極接觸。
- Responds to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the Hotel, industry and company.根據酒店、行業和公司的指引,回應需求、改變,執行任何合理的任務及額外職責。
- Be flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Rooms Division or any other Department. 靈活并接受在房務部內的部門及其它部門的輪換工作。
