


Job Responsibiltiy:
1. The incumbent in this position is responsible for serving food and beverage in their assigned section in order to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guests’ expectations whilst adhering to service standards.

2. Processes guests’ orders in a timely manner whilst verifying that all items are prepared according to guests’ requests and standards, offering a friendly and caring service at all time.
確保客人的點單及時有效的送至相關人員進行制作,并確認所有的菜品及酒水按照客人的要求為客人做好準備。隨時隨刻為客人提供友善的服務。
3. Keeps a discreet eye on the guests to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service, anticipates and responds to any additional requests and to determine when the course/meal has been completed.
時刻關注客人的需求,保持與客人的眼神交流。確保客人在用餐過程中,對我們的食品和服務滿意,預測和回應客人所提出的其它問題并作出決定。
4. Keeps abreast of the food and beverage promotions, new menu items, daily specials, and other relevant information for the outlet guests.
保持為客人提供最新的餐飲推銷信息,新品推出,每日特選和其它相關信息
Requirements:
1. Basic knowledge all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service
具有相關服務的基礎食品和酒水知識,包括對客服務所需食品的制作材料,方法以及服務常識
2. Basic knowledge of the sequence of service and service terminology
