崗位職責/職位描述
1. The scope of responsibility covers all areas of operations including Rooms, Fitness Center, SPA, Housekeeping, F&B/Culinary, and Engineering.
2. Works with direct reports (department heads) to develop and implement departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.
3. The position ensures Hotel Operations meet the brand’s standards, targets customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financial performance of the department and developing positive owner relations.
4. Develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and employees and provides a return on investment.
1. 職責范圍覆蓋所有運營區域包括房務部、水療中心、健身房、客房部、餐飲/廚房和工程部。
2. 與直接下屬合作，制定并實施部門戰略，確保品牌服務戰略和品牌倡議的實施。
3. 負責確保酒店運營符合品牌標準、滿足客戶需求、確保員工滿意度、關注收入增長和部門財務業績最大化，以及發展積極的業主關系。
4. 制定并實施全酒店戰略，提供產品和服務，滿足或超越品牌目標客戶和員工的需求和期望，并提供投資回報。
