崗位職責/職位描述
- 協調、指揮并確保電話、傳真和調制解調器線路的安裝、維護和拆除工作均按正確方式執行。
- 處理客人的入住、退房、房間分配、預訂和取消事宜。
- 預訂房間;激活鑰匙。建立客人賬戶;核實/調整賬單;確保付款安全。
- 操作電話總機;協助處理所有來電/請求;傳遞信息。
- 測試通信設備。創建、審查、維護、打印和編纂日志/文檔/報告。
- 協助獲取客人的/貴賓的信息。開門并協助客人/訪客。
- 協調電話/電子郵件/交付以滿足客人的需求。
- 打開和關閉商務中心。
- 派遣行李員/代客服務人員。
- 處理應付賬款。審查部門生產力報告、工資預測和收入記錄。
- 監控并維護設備/用品的庫存。
- 通知防盜竊/安保部門有關盜竊/不受歡迎人員的情況。
- Coordinate, direct, and ensure telephone, fax, and modem lines are installed, maintained, and dismantled correctly.
- Process guest check-ins, Check-outs, room assignments, reservations, and cancellations.
- Block rooms; activate keys. Set up guest accounts; verify/adjust billing; secure payment.
- Operate telephone switchboard station; assist with all calls/requests; relay messages.
- Test communications equipment. Create, review, maintain, print, and compile logs/documentation/reports.
- Assist in obtaining guest/VIP information. Open doors and assist guests/visitors.
- Coordinate calls/E-mails/deliveries to meet guests’ needs. Open and close Business Center.
- Dispatch bell/valet staff. Process accounts payable.
- Review departmental productivity reports, payroll forecasts, and revenue postings.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment/supplies. Notify Loss Prevention/Security of theft/unwelcome persons.
