崗位職責/職位描述
為客人提供食物菜品和酒類飲品。根據活動類型和服務標準布置餐桌。回答關于菜單選擇的問題。與廚房溝通有關菜單問題、等待時間、重新烹飪訂單和產品供應情況。向廚房傳達額外的用餐需求、過敏情況、飲食需求和特殊要求。在點餐時在 MICROS 系統中記錄交易。與客人溝通以確保他們對每道菜品和/或飲品都滿意。全天保持工作區域、瓷器、玻璃等的清潔。完成結賬工作，包括補充物品、關閉燈光等。向客人出示準確且清晰的賬單并處理付款。Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests. Set tables according to type of event and service standards. Answer questions on menu selections. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability. Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day. Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc. Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment.
