崗位職責
1、確保所有的維修和預防維修計劃都在該班內按時執行。
2、接受，分配并且跟進所有的工作單核維修單。
3、處理技術圖紙，以及備貨的記錄和庫存。
4、故障查找，操作，修理并且保養,確保區域內所有設備的清潔和正常工作。。
5、在保證安全運行和營業格調的前提下，力圖節省能耗，注重環境保護的新概念。
6、督導重要維修及增改工程施工，控制質量與進度。
7、協助外施工單位在本酒店的施工，保證工程質量。
崗位要求
1、大專以上文化程度；5年以上同崗位工作經驗。
2、必須掌握機電工程設備的基礎知識。
3、能充分領會工上級的經營意識，能組織和指揮本崗位工作計劃的實施，確保工程部的正常運轉。
4、有強烈的事業心與責任心和配合精神，秉公辦事，不謀私利。
5、身體健康，精力充沛。
