崗位職責(zé)
1、負(fù)責(zé)賓客游泳的絕對(duì)安全、勤巡視池內(nèi)泳者的動(dòng)態(tài)，發(fā)現(xiàn)溺水者要迅速處理，做好搶救工作并及時(shí)向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)報(bào)告。
2、認(rèn)真做好每天的清場(chǎng)工作。
3、負(fù)責(zé)游泳池水質(zhì)的測(cè)驗(yàn)和保養(yǎng)及游泳場(chǎng)地的環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。
4、上班集中精神，不得與無關(guān)人員閑談，救生臺(tái)不得空崗，無關(guān)人員不得進(jìn)入池面。
5、勤在泳池邊觀察。注意游泳者的動(dòng)向，防止發(fā)生意外，保證賓客的安全。對(duì)不會(huì)游泳者可作技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。
6、定時(shí)檢查更衣室，杜絕隱患。
崗位要求
1、 大專學(xué)歷，或相關(guān)院校畢業(yè)生。
2、 熟悉游泳池服務(wù)知識(shí)、掌握游泳和救生急救技術(shù)，懂得游泳衛(wèi)生消毒知識(shí)，取得白卡以上救生證書。
3、 能按服務(wù)工作規(guī)范的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)獨(dú)立進(jìn)行工作。
4、 有在水中進(jìn)行急救和在陸地上進(jìn)行人工救護(hù)的能力。
