崗位職責
1.接受線上、線下客戶對酒店的預訂需求，并予以妥善解決。
2.接聽客戶對酒店等產品信息的咨詢電話，予以解答并作好相關記錄。
3.熟悉處理房間預訂的程序，給賓客提供給最新和最準確的房況信息。
4.落實“預訂未到賓客”的名單和每日團隊取消情況。
崗位要求
1.具備熱情的工作態度、一定的抗壓能力、擁有良好的執行力和團隊精神；
2.有一定的溝通能力，口齒清晰、開朗自信，有較強的語言表達能力和人際溝通能力；
3.中專以上學歷，普通話標準，談吐禮貌，聲音甜美；
4.熟練掌握基本辦公軟件操作，中英文打字熟練；
5.具有星級酒店、中介、房產等相關工作經驗者優先；
6.具有優良的服務意識和敬業精神，能夠適應翻班制。
計算機能力：良好年齡要求：20-35歲
