【餐飲銷售】
崗位職責
1.完成月度、季度及年度銷售目標;
2.開發并維護客戶資源，拓展新客戶，建立長期穩定的合作關系;
3.與酒店餐飲部其他崗位緊密協作，確保客戶需求得到高效落實;
4.定期分析市場動態及競爭對手情況，調整銷售策略，提升酒店餐飲市場份額:
5.負責客戶訂餐及后續跟進，確保服務質量與客戶滿意度;
6.參與酒店餐飲促銷活動的策劃與執行，提升品牌影響力;
7.定期提交銷售報告及客戶反饋，為管理層提供決策支持。崗位要求
1.具備較強的銷售能力及市場敏銳度，能夠獨立開發客戶并達成業績目標;
2.優秀的溝通與談判技巧，能夠高效處理客戶關系。
3.具備團隊協作精神，能與各部門順暢配合:
4.抗壓能力強，適應快節奏工作環境;
5.熟練使用辦公軟件(如Word、Excel、PPT等)
6.有酒店行業或餐飲銷售經驗，有客戶者優先。
7.工作積極主動，責任心強，注重細節與服務品質。
