崗位描述：
1. 建立、維護人事檔案，辦理和更新勞動合同;
2. 執(zhí)行招聘工作流程，協(xié)調(diào)、辦理員工招聘、入職、離職、調(diào)任、升職等手續(xù);
3. 負責部門每月考勤處理及審核工作；4. 協(xié)同開展新員工入職培訓，業(yè)務(wù)培訓，培訓效果的跟蹤、反饋;
5. 幫助建立員工關(guān)系，協(xié)調(diào)員工與管理層的關(guān)系，組織員工的活動；6. 協(xié)助員工宿舍協(xié)調(diào)安排及管理工作。
7. 執(zhí)行人力資源管理各項實務(wù)的操作流程和各類規(guī)章制度的實施，配合其他業(yè)務(wù)部門工作。
崗位要求：
1. 一年以上人力資源相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
2. 大專以上文化程度，人力資源相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
3. 熟練使用office辦公軟件。4. 有一定的寫作能力和應(yīng)變處理問題的能力。
5. 工作細心、踏實認真、責任感強、有較強的團隊意識。
計算機能力：良好年齡要求：20-40歲
