崗位職責/職位描述

工作職責：
1. Assists Director of Marcom in developing all public relations promotional collateral.
遵守相關規定，協助市場傳媒總監發展公共關系，進行促銷活動等。
2. Assists in developing and organizing promotional activities in the resort, coordinates with departments concerned under supervision of Director of Marcom.
在市場傳媒總監的指導下與其他相關部門合作參加酒店推廣活動。
3. Assists in producing collateral of special events, promotions, appointments, etc for internal and external communications.
協助處理重要會議、促銷活動中的公共關系。
4. Prepares newsworthy events in the hotel for internal communications.
準備供內部交流的有新聞價值的事件。
5. Assist in preparing photo & video clipping of events for internal public relations.
協助重要活動的照片、視頻拍攝。
6. Assist Director of Marcom in providing information of activities within the resort, which may be interesting to our guests.
協助市場傳媒總監進行內外信息溝通。
7. Maintains Marcom photo, slides and audiovisual files; updates these as and when necessary.
建立市場傳媒照片、圖片、視頻檔案，根據需要及時更新。
8. Maintain effective relations with other colleague.

9. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

任職資格：
1. Design APP Freehand
熟練使用設計軟件。
2. Knowledge of 3D tools will be an advantage （3DMax or Maya）

3. Able to draw or do an illustration

4. Good portfolio in producing brochures, leaflets and any prints material

5. Good knowledge about pre－press and printing process

6. Good knowledge about papers and other design materials
