崗位職責/職位描述
??A Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans. Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on food, beverage, and labor costs. ??參與年度部門運行預算和財務計劃的準備工作。監控預算并控制費用,重點監督食品、酒水與人力成本。 ??In partnership with the catering office, identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue. Drive promotions that deliver great dining experiences for guests at a good value. ??與宴會部合作,發現提升營收的各種銷售機會。推出促銷活動,為賓客帶來各種超值的杰出就餐體驗。 ??Ensure all credit and financial transactions are handled in a secure manner. ??確保安全處理信貸與財務交易。 ??Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance. ??處理員工日常事務,計劃并分配工作,為每個員工設定工作績效目標。為員工提供培訓、輔導,并給予定期反饋,協助解決各種員工矛盾,提高團隊成員的工作表現。 ??Educate and train all team members in compliance with federal, state and local laws and safety regulations. Ensure staff is properly trained on quality and service standards, has the necessary tools and equipment, and is empowered to carry out job duties. ??教育和培訓員工遵守國家、各省市與地方的法律和安全法規。確保員工獲得關于質量與服務標準方面的恰當培訓,為員工配備完成所有工作所需的工具、設備和授權。 ??Ensure all food and beverage equipment are in proper operational condition and are cleaned on a regular basis. ??確保所有餐飲設備運行狀況良好、定時清潔 ??Ensure that all food and beverage facilities including banquet/convention space are cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked according to anticipated business volume. Notify engineering immediately of any maintenance and repair needs. ??確保對包括宴會、會議場所在內的所有的餐飲設施進行清潔與除塵,并根據預期業務量儲備適量庫存。若有任何維修需求,應立即通知工程部。 ??Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals. Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. ??制定并達成質量目標與賓客滿意度目標。禮貌、迅速、高效地響應所有賓客提出的問題、投訴或要求,確保賓客高度滿意。 Responsible business企業責任 ??Manage local food and beverage marketing programs for the hotel; participate in and maintain system-wide food and beverage marketing programs and promotions. Monitor local competitors and industry trends. Review and approve menu design and concepts with Executive Chef. ??管理酒店在本地餐飲市場的營銷計劃;參與并維護整個系統內的各種餐飲市場營銷計劃和促銷活動。跟蹤本地競爭酒店動向及行業趨勢。同行政主廚一起審查并核準菜單設計與構思。 ??Conduct proper food and beverage inventory procedures. Determine minimum and maximum stocks for all food, beverage, material, and equipment. ??執行恰當的餐飲庫存流程。決定所有食品、酒水、物資和設備的庫存量。 ??Ensure the security and proper storage of food and beverage products, inventory and equipment, and replenish supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing waste. ??確保食品、飲料、庫存及設備的安全儲存,及時、高效地補充供貨,同時減少浪費的情況。完成其它分配的任務。

資格和技能
Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management plus 4 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred. Must speak local language. Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law. 具備餐飲管理大專學歷或完成高級餐飲管理培訓,4年相關工作經驗,具有管理工作經驗,或具有同等教育和工作經歷。酒店管理、烹飪或相關專業學士及以上學歷或同等學歷者優先考慮。必須掌握本地語言。需持有本地法規規定的酒水證書、餐飲服務許可或有效的健康證明。
