About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the Security Department, The Security Guard reports to the Security Supervisor.
As Security Guard you will be?responsible?for the following duties:
- The scope of this position is the practical application of security measures ensuring the safety and well-being of guests, clients, patrons, contractors, visitors and colleagues as well as protection of the Company’s property from loss or damage. The Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment to enable the Company to maximize profit potential. He/She maintains all Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai standards to the highest level, delivering a prompt and courteous service at all times. The Security Officer assists the Security Manager in all aspects of the Security Department and in the absence of the Security Manager undertakes responsibilities as directed. He/She will drive guest and employee satisfaction throughout the total hotel
As Security Guard we?expect?from you:?
- 20 to 35 years old
- Physically Fit
- Good character
- Qualifications / Training: High school or above
- Experience in Similar Scope for 1year / Related position in well-known 4 or 5star hotel
- Disposition

- Able to shift work and long overtimes

工作地點(diǎn)位于上海浦東文華東方酒店，在安保部，保安員向 保安主管匯報(bào)。
作為保安員，您將負(fù)責(zé)以下職責(zé)：
根據(jù)酒店管理層制定的前景目標(biāo)，在保證客人、顧客、贊助人、承包商、游客和同事的生命及財(cái)務(wù)安全受到保障的同時(shí)，為整個(gè)公司取得最大收益提供一個(gè)安全可靠的環(huán)境
他/她需在秉持上海浦東文華東方酒店的最高水準(zhǔn)的同時(shí)，時(shí)刻提供客戶及時(shí)周到的服務(wù)。保安員將在保安部的所有職能上輔助保安經(jīng)理，并且在后者缺席的場(chǎng)合，履行被指派的職責(zé)。他/她將在整個(gè)酒店層面滿足顧客和雇主。
