About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the SPA Department, The Spa operation assistant manager reports to the Director of Spa.
As Spa operation assistant manager you will be?responsible?for the following duties:
- The Spa operation assistant manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the overall spa and fitness staff and functions when Spa Director is not present.? In addition the direct functionality of the Spa Manager is to maintain all Operating aspects of the Spa and Fitness facility.
As Spa operation assistant manager we?expect?from you:?

discretion, at any time with appropriate notice. - Responsible for the setting down and instigating of all policies and objectives within the spa
- Spa Manager to
take reservations as and when is necessary - Dealing with
dissatisfied or disgruntled guests - Responsible
for motivating retail sales - Assuring that
mistakes mentioned are corrected and discuss procedures that were
performed correctly - Regular daily
walkthroughs of the Spa and Fitness Centre to review all Standards and
Procedures and operational status of the Spa - Reading
through the many essentials e-mails that deal regarding spa, meetings,
groups, and VIP’s. Also, replying to guest, vendor, sales and colleague
e-mails.

關于工作
工作地點位于上海浦東文華東方酒店，在水療中心，水療營運副經理向水療總監匯報。
作為水療營運副經理，您將負責以下職責：
- 以十分專業、友善的商業態度工作，并履行職位要求的各種責任和義務，以及水療總監安排的任務，協助完成所有運營方面的培訓工作。與水療總監一起經常檢查理療師做的理療項目和標準操作流程，給酒店員工關于Spa方面的培訓，包括我們特別的Spa哲學，處理客人投訴，必要時處理前臺的工作
作為水療營運副經理，我們對您的期望：
- 每周評估并回顧所有理療療程
- 美容或理療專業資質
- 至少5年水療行業相關工作經驗，包括至少3年管理工作經驗，酒店水療行業最佳
- 必須有良好的數學思維，技術能力，及Spa知識
- 要了解Spa行業的最新趨勢
- 最好有Spa行業的專業電腦知識，例如Spa操作軟件
- 必須能夠掌握基本的電腦知識，
- 優秀的英語閱讀，寫作，口語能力
- 以積極主動的態度來工作，當與客人協調時要承擔自己的責任
