About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the Front Office Department, The Club Lounge Agent reports?to the Club?Lounge Manager.
As Club Lounge Agent you will be?responsible?for the following duties:
- The Club Lounge Agent will meet and exceed guest expectations by providing efficient and courteous Front Desk services and courteous Club Lounge service.?
As Club Lounge Agent, we?expect?from you:?
- Hotel Management School Graduate?
- Excellent overall communication skills
- Able to multitask
- Strong desire to provide excellent guest service? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ??
- Must possess good command of written and verbal English Language
- Must possess good command of written and verbal Mandarin Language
- Must have basic hotel operation knowledge

行政酒廊代表需根據人性化服務體驗的要求，通過禮貌有效的行政酒廊服務滿足并超越客人的期望。包括辦理入住，離店，禮賓服務，商務中心，賓客認知和卓越的餐飲服務。

- 酒店管理學校畢業
- 出色的溝通技巧
- 有能力處理多項工作和任務
